…and more to come.

DNA is considered the building blocks of life. The specific arrangement of DNA molecules in our cells determines how our bodies will develop, and mutations (variation within this code) result in the differences seen in each incredibly unique human being. Biological differences are unique physical characteristics we all have. For example, you may have curly hair, a big nose, fast caffeine metabolism, long legs… - and these characteristics are all encoded within the DNA we’ve inherited from our biological parents.   Through analysing YOUR own DNA - it can help you discover details not only about YOURSELF, but also your Ancestors - and help learn the age-old question of where you came from... as well as to understand the instruction manual that is in YOUR body – in order to optimize your FITNESS and WELLNESS.

Your DNA can be used to gain knowledge that can enhance YOUR WELLNESS to help you live life to the fullest. Based on your DNA, we can help personalise a training strategy, nutrition and set goals based on your natural ability.
